It is fundamental that we impress upon both the City Council and the press the overwhelming opposition to Toll's changes by having a massive turnout at the April 9 City Council meeting. I was grabbing a fix at Starbucks today when I found a snazzy, well designed postcard for a condo at 187 Warren Street in Paulus Hook. My husband and I just bought a home and we love it -- but this postcard made me wish I was in the market for a place! I love good design and I love modern & bright interiors... plus, the condo is for sale by the owner -- (aha! she's a graphic designer!!) so this makes the whole place that much more intriguing.
